Concept
This project was all about striking the perfect balance between preserving the timeless charm of a heritage home and reimagining it for a modern lifestyle. Our clients entrusted us to maintain the integrity of the home’s key architectural bones while making it more functional and inviting for their day-to-day needs and love of entertaining.
The transformation began with rethinking the main floor. A spacious, light-filled kitchen was designed to be the heart of the home, complete with a walk-in pantry for added convenience. The dining room was relocated to the front of the house, taking over the former living room space, creating an elegant and practical layout that suits their entertaining style.
Upstairs, the focus shifted to crafting a Principal bedroom suite that offers all the comforts of a luxury hotel. Thoughtful design and meticulous attention to detail brought a touch of indulgence to their everyday living, blending historic character with modern amenities.
With a shared appreciation for our expertise in modernizing historical homes and our background in hospitality design, the clients now enjoy a home that feels lighter, brighter, and cohesive—a true reflection of their lifestyle and personality.

Client wanted to maintain the integrity and key bones of this heritage home. They also requested a large kitchen for entertaining with a pantry space, and wanted to move their dining room to the front of the house where the living room was.
