This typical Toronto Victorian was last renovated in the 80’s and the homeowners wanted a space that reflected their current lifestyle. Their children are grown and have moved out, and they wanted a living room for classic entertaining, and a kitchen they could live in with their coffee and newspapers. Storage was a main focus in our design and maximizing each square inch was very important to us. With carefully selected materials, we created a cozy and elegant space for our clients to enjoy throughout their retirement years.
Scope
Main floor renovation, we provided full interior design services from concept design, construction drawings, and project management.
