Concept

Veronica and Dave kept the original footprint because they wanted a home where they could age. The big goal was to have an open kitchen to make entertaining easy which meant a complete reconfiguration of the main floor.

Reconfiguring the whole main floor included moving the kitchen showpiece into the centre and placing the dining and family room at either side.

The result meant hosting large gatherings is easy because guests have room to spread out anywhere on the main floor.
